Give 1.5% of your tax
You can support our foundation by donating 1.5% of your income tax — it costs you nothing and genuinely helps fund our work. This option is possible thanks to the support of Centrum Inicjatyw Lokalnych in Zawiercie.
It’s simple: just fill in the relevant section of your annual Polish tax return (PIT-28, 36, 36L, 37, 38, 39, PIT-CFC or PIT-OP), as in the PIT-37 example below.

Specific purpose (1.5%): DLA NIERUSZ NATURA
In section K, enter our KRS number and the amount (no more than 1.5% of your tax due). In field 149 you can give the specific purpose “DLA NIERUSZ NATURA”, and tick field 150 if you agree to share your contact details so we can thank you.
